Questions employers ask

What does it cost?

Nothing. Joining is free, always.

How good are the candidates?

Every member is backed by notes from three people who know her work before you can find her. She approves each note, and you see them on her profile.

How does vouching work?

She asks former bosses, colleagues, clients or friends. Each writes a short note about what they saw her do. She approves every note before anyone sees it.

How much time does it take?

A few minutes to set up. After that, a quick reply to each application within 7 days and a short update every 14.

Can we post jobs?

Yes, as many as you like. Every job shows its pay range, and women apply in one click.

What if we miss a deadline?

We send a friendly reminder, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Who sees our company and candidates’ details?

Your jobs show on our jobs board, which anyone can browse; applying takes a free member account. Candidates’ profiles are seen only by approved employers, and some members choose to be seen only by employers they apply to.

See what a champion sees when she asks them to vouch. More in the FAQ and our Terms.
